I created Allbyn to provide a transparent and thorough executive search process. I wanted the freedom to focus on qualitative outputs rather than quantitative KPI's. I am also very passionate about providing an unbiased process from start to finish, ensuring the best talent is found.
For me, this is the best way to create diverse shortlists correctly, ensuring no one is discriminated against. We all know recruitment is a people business and a collaborative mindset is key to a successful working relationship.
Having a clear purpose was at the top of my agenda when I set up Allbyn. I wanted to create a profitable business that was able to do good and give back. That is why I have committed to donating 10% of our net fee income to Charities and Community Grants. I also wanted to set a good example for my two daughters, who will hopefully be proud in years to come.
